Wholistic Kinesiology

Wholistic Kinesiology Sessions

Wholistic Kinesiology is a remarkable tool that uses muscle testing to determine each individual's unique health needs. Muscle testing has been used by chiropractors for many years and has been brought to the mainstream in recent years. The technique is now employed by trained practitioners who may or may not be physicians. If a serious underlying health care problem is suspected, you will be referred to the appropriate health care practitioner.

How does muscle testing work?

When the muscles are tested while touching points on the body that correspond to organ systems or other imbalances, the muscles will respond with a strong or weak feedback depending on the underlying balance of the system being tested. With this technique, you can literally ask the body to locate imbalances and many times detect them before they become symptomatic.

“I just had to take a moment and let you know how thrilled my husband and I are with your recommendations with the kinesiology. Prior to taking your prescribed supplements, my husband was quite often tired, slightly testy and a bit down. You have worked miracles for him! He feels great, has energy, and is taking an active interest in his health and eating habits – all of the things I have been worried about for years with him. Thanks for all of your counsel and advice!”

Basic Tenets of Kinesiology

  • The body has an amazing ability to be well if itis given the right tools. The power that made the body can heal the body.

  • The body can tell you through muscle testing where the imbalances are and also what and how much it needs in a very accurate way.

  • The body runs on food, vitamins, and minerals and if it gets the proper nutrition, it will run smoothly and you will be healthy.

  • Lack of nutrients for the body can be a result of poor diet, improper supplementation, excess stress (emotional, chemical, physical), active disease processes (parasites, yeast or fungal infections, and viruses), and hereditary factors.
